The Past Events
Century Promotion and Events, a major business promotion company celebrating its silver jubilee this year, introduce ‘’SelamFasika -Expo 2024”, that will take place from 13th April up to 4th May,2024 @ Addis Ababa Exhibition Center. The 22-day-long event which coincides with the celebration of Ethiopian Easter, one of the most celebrated festivals in the country, will be the grandest event that attracts over 15,000 visitors each day.
Guten Century Promotion and Events are pleased to introduce the 28th edition of “Addis – Expo 2021”, a New Year expo organized in connection with the Ethiopian New Year. The event is the longest of its kind that remains open for 15 days at Ghion Hotel, Exhibition Ground.
CPS is currently organizing the 25th edition of “Addis Trade for Development”, a Grand Trade Fair and New Year Festival organized in connection with the Ethiopian New Year. The event is the longest of its kind that remains open for 23 days to be held during August and September 2016.
CPS has made valuable contributions for the alleviation of the sanitation problems of Addis Ababa through supporting “THE GASH ABERA MOLLA PROJECT” during the 1st & 2nd “Addis Trade for Development” Exhibition & Bazaars it had organized in collaboration with the Exhibition Center.

CPS in collaboration with the Ethiopian Federation of persons with Disabilities has organized a fundraising and advocacy program that aimed to get financial support for the federation and improve the existing social bias against people with disabilities
In collaboration with Dawn of Hope Ethiopia Association CPS has organized the first specialized exhibition that entirely focuses on HIV/AIDS under the Caption “TALKING OUT -LOUD!” at Meskel Square from Sept. 6 – 11, 2003 on the eve of Ethiopian New Year. In collaboration with the Ethiopian Hotel Owners Association CPS has organized the 1st “Customer is the King” Trade Fair on the eve of Ethiopian Easter. The number of participants on the event was 150 companies. There were about 5000 visitors on average per day.

CPS has organized roving trade fairs and bazaar in Bahirdar and Gondar in collaboration of the Amhara Region, Bahirdar and Gondar Chambers of Commerce and Sectoral Associations in 2008/9. The number of participants on the event was 150 companies. The space occupied by the exhibitors was more than 1000 Sq. meters.
CPS has organized roving trade fair and bazaar in Harar in collaboration of the Harari Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Associations in 2010. The number of participants on the event was 150 companies. There were about 7000 visitor on average per day. The space occupied by the exhibitors was more than 3000 Sq. Meters.
CPS has also organized successful specialized trade fairs like the Wisdom and Beauty Expo at Addis Ababa Exhibition Center in 2008 at Addis Ababa Exhibition Center. The number of participants on the event was 80 companies. There were about 5000 visitor on average per day. The space occupied by the exhibitors was more than 1600 Sq. Meters
Moreover CPS has organized 23 (twenty three) Trade Fairs in Connection with major Ethiopian festivals such as the New year, Christmas and Easter. The number of participants in each event has been between 150 – 400 companies. On average, about 20,000 people were visiting each event per day. The exposition space occupied by participants is about 6000m2 (six thousand square meters) on average.
The company had also organized six out of the seven International Construction Exhibitions (Ethio-con) in cooperation with the Construction Contractors Association of Ethiopia.
CPS had organized a specialized fair called, “Construction World, International Construction Exhibition” by its own in 2012 and 2013).
The company was also the co-organizer of the 3rd and 4th “cities week Exhibition” which was held in Mekele and Adama, respectively.

CPS has organized the “Cultural and Business Expo” in connection with the seventieth international Harare day with Harari Development Association and the Harari Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Associations
The company will also organize the 4th “Cultural and Business Expo” coordinating with the Harari Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Associations, to be held from 26th December 2014 to 5th January 2015 in the historic city of Harar.
